The participants
The Kamanga Influencers crew, young people from Bilbao, telling the story of their first two modules, in their own words.
What participants take away isn't only a method. It's a first encounter with climate, migration and circular economy — and the discovery that they have something to say about all three.

The facilitator
The people who run TEAMIT+ didn't just design the programme, most of them have lived it. This is Chelza's story: from participant, to facilitator, to coordinator.
1
first - as a participant
She lived it
Chelza first experienced a programme created by Diversity for Equality, the foundation of what became Module 3 of TeamIT+. Her grandmother's situation gave her a personal reason to act.
2
then - facilitator
She held the space
She looked for collective solutions with real impact, and stepped into the role of holding the space for others on the same path she had walked.
3
now - coordinator
She runs it
She became a coordinator of the programme herself, giving her something rare: the perspective of someone who has lived it from both sides.
When the person holding the space has sat where you're sitting, the whole room changes.
chelza - facilitator & coordinator
TEAMIT+ · Diversity for Equality. She has lived it from both sides, and that changes everything. Here, she explains why this programme can be a real game changer.
